Best dream EVER!!!
I had the most amazing dream last night! I dreamt that Yoshiki, the drummer and pianist of X Japan was teaching a class that I was attending. I'm not sure what kind of class it was, but I remember Yoshiki standing up and speaking in front of the class. At some point he got a phone call, as well.
Later in my dream, I ran into my friend Christina who said she had something to give me. Somehow I ended up outside, but I don't remember why. After I ended up outside, I started running as if I was trying to find someone. I also realized I didn't have my cell phone with me, so I wasn't able to receive any calls or whatnot. Then all of a sudden, I see what looks like a house on a hill with cars parked all around it.
As I walk up the hill to the house, I see my friend Christina. We then talk for a few minutes, and she tells me that she had been trying to call me, but couldn't get a hold of me. I then tell her that I don't have my phone. She tells me she wants me to meet someone then we enter what I think is a house, but really turns out to be a restaurant of sorts.
Upon entering the "house turned restaurant," something, or should I say someone, catches my eye. It turns out it's Yoshiki! As soon as I recognize him, I gasp from excitement. Then my friend Christina says that he's the one she wanted me to meet. So Yoshiki and I end up eating together, and I got an amazing hug from him, too.
Such an amazing dream I had...

MIYAVI vs. YUKSEK - DAY 1 - Review
So...since I had enough money in my iTunes account, I decided to buy Miyavi's new single "DAY 1." Earlier in the month, I watched the teaser Miyavi uploaded to his YouTube channel (see above video), and I absolutely loved it. It had, in the typical Miyavi style, awesome guitar slapping with amazing skill.
I bought the entire track a few days ago on iTunes and literally blew my mind. It's still the same Miyavi style, but with a bit of a twist. And it's definitely a must have for any fan of Miyavi. I definitely recommend it.
Have any thoughts about this review? Please feel free to leave a comment!
Please support this wonderful artist by purchasing from either iTunes or another authorized retailer! Don't download illegally! Thank you!

Titanic and The Bodies Exhibit at Atlantic Station
On April 29th, my mom, cousin, and I went to Atlantic Station in Atlanta in order to go see the Titanic and The Bodies exhibits. We found, though, that this would be more complicated than we first thought due to trouble finding parking, massive amounts of people stepping out in front of us as we were driving, and many other things. It was truly an adventure to behold.
Upon arriving in the area of Atlantic Station, we found it quite difficult to find the exact road which we needed to turn on, therefore we ended up turning on some random road that was near where we needed to be but led us further down from where we had to be. And parking was atrocious. We ended up parking on the street, and even though we got a decent space, it was still a fifteen minute walk to where we needed to be.
Well, that fifteen minute walk ended up taking an hour because the place where the exhibits were hosted at was very hard to find. It was literally hidden. And by the time we got there, it was an hour and a half until they closed and they weren't selling combo tickets anymore, so my mom decided (with my cousin and I also in agreement) that it would be pointless and a waste of money to only see one of the exhibits and have to go home.
So basically all we did was walk around like tourists and go to H&M to look at clothes (and my cousin bought a bracelet). At least we saved money, right? It would've cost us all about $40 a piece for the combo tickets and we ended up only spending about $5 at H&M (plus parking). I guess you could say, "a penny saved is a penny earned." (But we sure did waste a lot of gas...).

Favorite moment(s) of 2011
To be completely honest, I can only think of one favorite moment during 2011 at the moment. This single favorite moment of this year was the last weekend of September. For the first time in my life, I was able to attend an anime convention. The anime convention that I went to is called Anime Weekend Atlanta and featured the bands Moon Stream and The Suzan, as well as voice actors and others in the anime/manga industry.
Moon Stream is a project of Satsuki (ex Rentrer en Soi), with Tomo Asaha (guitar), Ena (bass), and U-ya (drums). To be honest, I hadn't listened to any of Satsuki's music prior to hearing of Moon Stream, but I have started listening to his music recently. But, I did however already know of Tomo through another of his bands, Echostream, in the New York area, and also through Facebook. As far as The Suzan goes, I haven't listened to them at all, although I did recognize one of their songs from a Verizon commercial.
I went to two panels during Anime Weekend Atlanta: the Moon Stream panel and the Gundam panel. During the Gundam panel, I met an awesome person, and he asked me what my favorite series of the Gundam anime I liked best, to which I said "Gundam Wing." Unfortunately, I discovered during the panel that Gundam Wing has a very "bad rap," as it seemed to be one of the most hated of the multiple Gundam series in existence. Needless to say, after I learned how much Gundam Wing was hated at the panel, I kept my love for Gundam Wing quiet.
After the Gundam panel was the Moon Stream panel, which was extremely hilarious despite most of the band knowing very little English. I think the most epic part of the panel was when someone asked the members what their favorite type of music was. U-ya practically "stole the show" by replying with, "SEXY DANCE MUSIC!!! Oontz oontz oontz oontz..." Needless to say, everyone was practically rolling in the floor laughing.
All in all, I had a most excellent time at Anime Weekend Atlanta, and so did my mom (although she thought a lot of it was weird). I'm excited and can't wait for AWA 2012 in September! I hope to be able to take more pictures (and in a better quality), too!
My pictures from AWA 2011 can be viewed and purchased at: My deviantART (They are also featured in the AWA group.).
Thanks for reading and don't forget to leave a comment! (Constructive criticism is ok, just don't be a jerk.) Thanks! :)

New year, new me.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful new year so far! Mine started out bad, but it's been better recently. You see, just after the new year began, I came down with the stomach flu. Or should I say, the "stomach flu..." To be honest, it didn't feel like the stomach flu I had at age seven. It felt worse.
I was so sick, I was shaking all over and having trouble controlling my body temperature. One moment I would be hot, then the next I would be cold. I was overcame with the feeling of nausea, as well as having a bloated stomach. It was very difficult to keep food down, and I haven't eaten much since January.
I believe, though, that the cause of my symptoms are because I am gluten intolerant. My mom has a friend who is gluten intolerant that had to have her gallbladder removed at age 19. Currently, I am 21 and am having to have a gallbladder ultrasound soon to figure out if I have a problem with my gallbladder or not.
I really feel, though, that my so called "gallbladder problems" are from eating gluten all my life. I've been off of gluten for two weeks now, and I feel better. I'm actually sleeping now! (That in itself, is a miracle from God.) Since I was a child, I have had trouble sleeping, but now, BEFORE midnight I'm practically falling over asleep.
Whatever the case may be, I definitely want to get to feeling better. I definitely think I'm on the right track with staying away from the gluten; it really has made such a difference in my sleep patterns and my level of anxiety. I really think a lot more people should try going gluten free. I mean, really? What's there to lose?
